Ravikanth is a veteran and a name to reckon with in the OD & HR fraternity. He served as former CHRO & Group HR Head of NCC Limited and worked in senior leadership positions in L&T, GMR & Rane Group. Having worked across multiple sectors, he brings with him 30+ years of rich & diverse experience. He is an Alumnus of SIBM, Pune.
